Mike Nicola Jr. took full advantage of the early archery season held in Allegheny County. Mike killed this buck they had named, Tulip, because of his unique rack, on the first legal day of archery. Last night I was happy to put a tape on t

his interesting buck. His buck has 11 scorable points and a 13 5/8 inside spread. The right side of the buck's rack is very typical with a split brow. The right side alone scored over 57 inches. In total Mike's buck scored 110 0/8 inches non-typical. With his spread and points, his buck scores 134 5/8 for the team competition. Mike's on a team with his dad and both of them have killed bucks already. Happy hunting everyone and be safe.
